Job Description
- Knowledge to process loan operations related to loan disbursement / Settlements & loan renewal. Should be fully acclimatized with Supply Chain /Discounting loans .
- Knowledge of CERSAI and SWIFT.
- Authorize Loan transactions
- Monitoring and Processing of transactions on Digital SCF platform for Account Receivable Purchase /Manual Supplier Finance loans .
- Daily Retrieval, reconciliation and publishing of Digital SCF reports
- Collection of interest on all Categories of loans on month end.
- Safe Keeping of Original loan / facility documents
- Knowledge of mandatory regulatory guidelines related to loans
- Preparation and confirmation of all loans data related to operations side for RBI and other authorities
- Filing of documents. Arranging & maintaining all files properly related to above transaction,
- Keeping & maintaining registers related to assigned work area
- Updation of volume tracker, fax and exception register related to above transactions
- Recon, Precob of Loan operations
- Daily reporting
- Other work allocated by Management
- Monitoring of Internal Accounts

Management thinks they own the company. It doesn't seems like a Japanese MNC anymore. Some people who has been working for 10-12 years make you feel like you are their personal assistant. Appraisals are horrible. They spend too much on japanese expats and ignore the needs of local employees.
