Senior Analyst- US Accounting

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. This role will involve conducting complex financial analyses, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and reports.

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.

- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, deviations, and insights.

- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory requirements.

- Participate in ad hoc projects and analysis as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles, ideally gained in a CA firm or similar accounting environment.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
