Senior Analyst - Platform Operations

Innocap Platform Operations is a middle office Managed Accounts platform where we perform Complex Derivative Reconciliations OTC Collateral Management working primarily with Hedge fund Investment managers, Brokers, and Administrators.

Key Responsibilities for the Analyst in Operations include:

• Reconciliation of Administrative book v/s Counter party books - For hedge funds or managed accounts.
• Review aging breaks and breaks over a certain dollar threshold.
• Monitor work activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of fund activity like calculation of NAV and its validation.
• Active participation in projects and onboarding whenever required.
• Work closely with development team on issues or process enhancements.
• Collaborate with accounting and development teams to meet client requirements.
• Provide hands on support and guidance to aligned analyst ensuring overall efficiency of the process.
• Should be flexible with Shifts (UK Shift mostly) and ensuring healthy working relationship with all counterparts.

MUST HAVE SKILL SET

• Post Graduation or master s degree in finance or equivalent qualification from reputed college.
• Capital market certification or any other charter certifications are an added advantage.
• 3-6 years of experience in Fund Accounting and Reconciliation. Should be able to understand Hedge Funds or Fund management business.
• Should have prior experience working in either Investment Banks/Custodians/Fund Administrators, especially in the areas of Complex derivatives group would be ideal.
• Experience in Middle office Collateral management process or reasonable understanding about the collateral management process will be desirable.
• Good communication skill - written and verbal.
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel.
• Should be a self-motivated and a team player.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors / master s degree specialization in Finance or Accounting is must
• Certification in capital market
