We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to join our search team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online visibility, driving organic and paid traffic, and optimizing our digital presence across various platforms. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for improved consumer acquisition.
Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, site structure, and schema markups to enhance search engine visibility.
Develop and implement link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure a healthy link ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts and landing pages.
Perform content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Work closely with product and tech teams to identify and resolve technical SEO issues and implement optimizations.
Analyze SEO metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions, providing actionable insights.
Hypothesize and execute various SEO experiments to identify and tap opportunities.
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, AI-generated results, and emerging SEO trends.
SEM Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and execute SEM campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and Yahoo.
Optimize campaign performance by analyzing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker dashboards to report and improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute impactful campaign strategies.
Manage SEM budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms.
Perform A/B testing to evaluate and refine ad performance.
Optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge and experience in SEO and SEM.
Expertise in Google products, including Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads platform, and Keyword Planner.
Proficiency in tools such as Advanced Web Ranking, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools.
Experience in A/B testing and search experiments.
Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with the property industry and the Singapore market is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and performance analysis.
