Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations across all regions (India/USA/UK/UAE/Saudi Arabia). This role demands a self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of HR management in a multi-regional context. The HR Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with local labor laws in each region.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company s business goals.
  • Design policies and procedures that address the unique needs of employees across different regions.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring diverse and high-quality hires for all regions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment of roles.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires across regions, ensuring cultural alignment and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage employee exits, conduct exit interviews, and handle all offboarding formalities.

Compliance and Labor Law Management:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations specific to India, the US, the UK, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with legal and company policies.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities tailored to diverse cultural and regional contexts.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and rewards programs across all regions.
  • Benchmark compensation structures to ensure competitiveness in each market.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing support and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee performance and career growth.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and design programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with external training providers as needed to deliver region-specific programs.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on HR activities and outcomes.

Communication Skills

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
Technical Documentation Writer

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product help guides and documentation.
  • Design and develop product training content.
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand features and updates for accurate documentation.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve documentation and training materials.
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date with the latest product changes and industry standards.
  • Manage the documentation repository, ensuring easy accessibility and organization of materials.

Required Skills

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex product information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience in designing and developing training materials and educational content.
  • Knowledge of documentation management systems and content management tools.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in communications, Education, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in product documentation, training, or a related role for 3-5 years.
Implementation Lead

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Has experience as Business Analyst, Presales activities, giving solution demos etc.
  • Good communication skills written and verbal.
  • Should be able to work with multiple stakeholders internal as well as external.
  • Hands on experience of SQL Good to have.
  • Minimum qualification of BTech/B.E/MBA

Tasks would primarily include below (but not limited to) -

  • Discussion with customer on the product capabilities
  • Mapping process AS-IS and TO-BE
  • Product setup and configuration
  • Presales and Solution demo
  • Project planning and implementation
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Weekly reports and status meetings internal and external
  • Customer interaction existing and prospective customers
  • Travel 1 week per month
