Job Description:

• ON Role: Customer Support Associate - Semi Voice Process
• Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via calls, Email and Chat
• Qualification: Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply
• Should have Good communication in English
• Speaking Hindi is added advantage
• Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities
• Fixed Rotational shift for female
• Rotational shift for male
• Work Location: Ambattur, Chennai
• Experience: Min 8 months
