Design Campaign Assets: Create visually compelling graphics for digital ads, social media, email marketing, and other campaign materials.
Video Content Creation: Edit promotional videos, product demos, and social media videos to captivate and engage the audience. Add dynamic elements like animations, text overlays, and transitions.
Brand Alignment: Ensure that all marketing visuals (graphics, videos, infographics) are aligned with brand identity, color schemes, and messaging tone.
Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts, develop content calendars, and tailor designs to specific campaigns.
A/B Testing Assets: Design variations of assets for A/B testing, iterating on designs based on performance feedback.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design and video trends, social media visual standards, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements:
Certified course/ Bachelors/Masters Degree in Visual Communication/Web Designing from reputed institutes.
Proven at least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other modern design tools such as Figma/Canva (Preferred)
Exposure and hands-on experience with the latest AI Image Generation tools such as Midjourney/Stable Diffusion/ DALL.E, etc.
Experience with web design, including design systems and responsive design principles.
