The following role of a Finance officer is a challenging position comprising of leadership skills and ownership for the fulfilment of the responsibilities to be taken care ethically to serve an INR 5000 CR+ (and growing) Annual Operating Plan.

Role & responsibilities:

• Financial Performance: Achieve Set Profitability targets. Reduce costs within defined period without effecting other financial plans
• Forecasting: Budgeting and forecasting should play an important role in your daily transactions to manage companys finances and make informed decisions about the future.
• Budget Accuracy: Maintain a variance between actual and budgeted expenses.
• Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving measures that reduce overhead direct charges by a set percentage annually
• Working Capital Efficiency: Maintain working capital ratio within optimal industry standards (e.g. debt-to-equity ratio)
• Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Ensure positive cash flow and maintain liquidity at predefined levels.
• Compliance & Reporting: Achieve 100% compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
• Return on Investment (ROI): Ensure all investments meets ROI target.
• Taxation: As a Chief Financial Officer, you are responsible for overseeing the Tax Compliance function ensuring that the organization meets its tax obligations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Risk Management: Balancing Short-term and Long- term priorities for the business, keeping an eye on the debt, liquidity levels and compliance should all be overseen as a CFO

Preferred candidate profile

• 12-15 years of relevant experience working in an active and dynamic workforce as a part of the growing team.
• Masters degree in finance, Business administration Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience as a CFO or a leadership role in finance or fast paced environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build and lead an effective finance team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate financial data and metrics with deep understanding of finance analytics and tools.
• Strong business acumen and financial acuity, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
• Keen attention to detail and fanatically organized while working seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong decision-making skills with an ownership mindset and very good hold on maintaining all kinds of savings, current and business accounts.
• Experience to lead with processes and data but being able to adapt when solving problems.
