Job Description
- Handling Sales at site office for a particular site or Project
- Arranging site visits to clients and closure of Prospect deal
- Regular sales calls and follow ups / update leads received and enter in CRM
- Reporting to Sales Manager on daily Sales activities / Improvement areas/ Key client issues
- Facilitating and providing necessary details of the projects to customers via E-mail/ Calls or Face to Face discussion
Independently conduct one on one customer walk through of - Vacant units, answer quires regarding services and amenities of the projects
- Participate in Exhibitions / Trade shows / Events etc. and promote our projects
- Collections till Agreement signing stage & collective support
- Providing assistance to client about the Home loans and co-ordinating with the Home loan team in getting the Home loan approvals
- Generation of prospective clients and getting Referrals
- A strong team player with the ability to Motivate teams of professionals towards maximum productivity with exceptional
- consensus building, negotiating & interpersonal skills & comprehensive problem solving abilities.
