Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Onboarding
   
• Assist with job postings on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding activities, including document collection and orientation planning.
2. Employee Engagement and Relations
   
• Help organize employee engagement events and initiatives.
• Gather feedback from employees and propose ideas for improvements.
• Support the resolution of minor employee concerns under supervision.
3. HR Administration
   
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
4. Learning and Development
   
• Support the coordination of training programs and workshops.
• Track attendance and feedback for training sessions.
5. Policy and Compliance
   
• Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies under supervision.
