Conversational AI Architect - NLP/LLM (6-12 yrs)

MUST HAVE :

1) Experience as Solution Architect in designing Conversational AI solutions and deploying in Azure Cloud Environment

2) Experience with building Chatbots, Voicebots and Emailbots using technologies like MS Bot Framework, Dialogflow ES/CX, IBM Watson, AudioCodes, Twilio, Genesys, Chime.

3) Full stack development experience with high proficiency in languages like JavaScript & Python with experience in front-end frameworks like React & Angular and back-end technologies like NodeJS & Flask.

4) Deep understanding of NLP concepts like intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management, including services like Azure Cognitive Services.

5) Hands-on experience of using Azure Calculator and in-depth knowledge of Azure Services

6) Experience in HLD, LLD, Architecture & Security Design - Understanding and experience of working in Agile Methodology

7) Knowledge and experience of using REST APIs, ServiceNow APIs, other APIs for ITSM and Contact Centre applications

10) Excellent communication skills

GOOD TO HAVE :

1) Good knowledge of Agile delivery, Devops and CI/CD tools

2) Good understanding of GenAI/LLMs like Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, LangChain

4) Certifications on Azure Developer and Solution Architect Expert (AZ-303/304)
