PPIC Executive

• To deliver goods in required quantities to customers in the required delivery schedule.
• To Ensure Plan vs Feed targets are met.
• To ensure maximum utilization of all resources.
• To ensure the production of quality products.
• To minimize the product throughout time (amount of time required for a product to pass
• through, the manufacturing process)
• To maintain flexibility in manufacturing operations.
• Co-ordinate between labor and machines and various supporting departments

Specific Responsibilities :

• Schedules based on sales forecasts, and inventory.
• Policies & lead times.
• Developed monthly & annual & quarterly ending.
• Inventory budget requirements for raw materials.
• Components finished goods & finished stocks.
