IT Manager - Google Workspace Administrator L2 Support

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager with a Google Workspace Administrator certification and a strong background in providing IT support for both US and India operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure, with a proven track record in a dual-region support role. This position requires someone who is ready to join immediately and take charge of overseeing seamless IT operations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks, for both US and India offices.
• Ensure efficient and secure IT operations across both regions by identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Standardize IT processes and infrastructure across regions to support business continuity.

Global IT Support

• Provide end-to-end IT support for teams in the US and India, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless access to IT systems and applications.

Team Leadership

• Lead the IT team, offering guidance and training to ensure the team is skilled in current and emerging technologies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related matters across both offices.

Cybersecurity and Compliance

• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and develop IT policies that are consistent across both offices.

Scalability and Innovation

• Continuously assess and upgrade IT systems to meet the growing needs of the organization.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies to optimize business operations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Google Workspace Administrator certification / Google Workspace Admin Experience is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on multi-region (US and India) support.
• Expertise in managing and supporting IT systems for both PC and MAC environments.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving for a wide range of IT issues.
• Strong understanding of network administration and security best practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-regional teams.
• Ability to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Additional certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Network+ will be an advantage.
