Security Manager -

Manage the execution of improvement projects in consonance with the customer expectations for respective site under O2C

- Support deployment, configuration and maintenance of security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection system and access control operations for men, material & vehicles

- Support in managing the security / safety systems to achieve organization wide protocol adherence while managing grievances and any critical investigation escalations in order to preventing conflicts

- Coordinate with the Business / Site Head to create security awareness program amongst employee workforce and community

- Conduct security audits comprising of monthly performance reviews, and drive process improvements to reduce transactions and control supply chain losses

- Support in planning security events as per the annual security plan to ensure the safety of its employees, assets, and operations

- Maintain close oversight over sabotage incidents and ensure conclusive investigation & outcomes to identify & take appropriate legal action on perpetrators in collaboration with legal team

- Periodically connect & maintain open channel of communication with internal stakeholders critical to business continuity plan

- Manage all the emergency response, fire support and other required evacuation drills for all the required individuals at concerned site

Develop an understanding of intelligence network to gather inputs on the emerging security threats and trends in internal and external environment that may impact the security of the site and provide relevant inputs to the Team Lead to help in designing and preparing response measures

- Lead background checks of sensitive employees and contract workforce to ensure organization's integrity

- Support and drive crisis management / disaster management / emergency response plans in collaboration with Head of Security to enhance resiliency and recoverability of site operations

- Assist in investigation of security incidents and breaches, and provide recommendations to prevent similar incidents in the future

- Support internal and third party security audits, mock drills and surprise checks to ensure reliability of Security management system

- Implement all the governance cadences to administer incident analysis in case of non-adherence and drive corrective actions as necessary

- Analyse the data to anticipate losses, assist in conduct security risk assessments and help mitigate any external elements that could hamper business performance

- Vigilantly monitor and track instances of non-compliance, employing a proactive approach to identify deviations from established standards and regulations

- Collaborate with the security team to actively contribute to the formulation and enhancement of the site's security plan

A Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline

- A Master's Degree in any relevant discipline (preferred)

- CPP/Industrial security courses from CISF / Defence services / Police academy / International institute (preferred)

- LLB or knowledge of law of land - Criminal, IR and labour law (preferred)

- Crime intelligence course from IB / CDTS / Military INT / Secret Services / Forensic (preferred)
