Job Description
- Business Operations and Transformation is bound together by a shared vision to be the glue that connects Commodity Insights. We provide operational leadership and high-quality services that enable the business lines to meet their value potential, strategic goals and customers needs.
- The Transformation team aims to develop our processes, workflows and capabilities to deliver high-quality products/services with the utmost efficiency and consistency.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Elicit, document and contribute to the analysis of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Aid with translation of these business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and program team.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and features.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Knowledge of lean, agile and six sigma methodologies a plus.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation is preferred.
