About the Team:

Our team is responsible for the monthly and annual payroll operations supporting approximately 16,000 employees in India. We manage Payroll Operations for India and Pakistan, with operations based out of Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Gurgaon. Payroll is outsourced to a third-party service provider, and our focus is on accurate delivery each month. We also handle payroll-related regulatory compliances, including Income Tax, Provident Fund, Gratuity, ESIC, Professional Tax, Statutory Bonus, and Labour Welfare Fund. Our team fosters a conducive and competitive atmosphere to drive performance and enhance employee experience, managing payroll for six entities every month.

Payroll significantly impacts our business and every aspect of the organization, from the company s reputation to employee morale. We lead by example, create a positive work environment, and drive team efforts to achieve group and individual goals. We develop, implement, and improve procedures to streamline workflow and resolve conflicts independently, handling stressful situations appropriately.

Work Shift:

This is a general shift role. However, based on dynamic business requirements, you may be required to work morning, evening, or night shifts.
