Executive Assistant To COO

Role & responsibilities

• Administrative and secretarial support to COO, prioritizing multiple projects maintaining confidentiality and professional standards at all times
• Regularly monitors & reports to the COO about the progress of strategic initiatives, business performance, and key performance metrics and highlights significant deviations
• Participate in review meetings and help prepare minutes and track follow up tasks
• Qualitative analysis of data and produce actionable reports. Conducts secondary research as directed by the President.
• Perform other administrative tasks like calendar management, appointments, high-volume Executive travel, scheduling internal & external meetings for multiple executives, writing minutes, maintain contact database in outlook, follow-ups, budgeting for events/projects
• Liasion and collaborate with geographies and cross functional teams, communicating effectively with various stakeholders across job functions.
• Drive stand-along special projects independently and within team with little or no guidance like responsibility for coordination of schedules, action plans, building presentation. Collate and consolidate data to generate MIS reports.
