Job Description

- Support research activities. Frame research topics, develop and write papers associated with natural gas and LNG markets in South Asia - India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka. Present analysis to clients to assist them in their business activities.
- Stay updated of the latest developments in South Asia. Support quarterly market and data updates, track key trends with a focus on policies, regulations, supply, demand, infrastructure, and pricing by conducting primary research through public sources and interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Be responsible for data collation and analytics. Become proficient users of internal databases and tools to create bespoke research and consulting offerings.
- Support consulting activities and engagements. Assist in project delivery in relevant natural gas and LNG projects.
- A degree in relevant areas such as Business, Finance, Economics, Humanities.
- Prior experience with 5 - 7 years of work experience in natural gas and LNG markets, preferably in South Asia.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in energy modeling or consulting is beneficial.
- Experience with databases and PowerBI will be viewed positively.
- An excellent communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and possess strong numeracy.
- A team player that can work with international colleagues across border and time zones.
