- Product Development : Oversee product development initiatives, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision and strategy.
- Market Analysis : Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Proven experience in B2B FinTech product management.
- Knowledge of the private capital market industry and ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in defining product requirements and creating comprehensive product documentation.
- Bachelors degree required.
