BFSI Security System SALES Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for security systems, including access control, CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, and other related products.
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through channel partners (C&I dealers).
  
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and increase customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers' needs.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive BFSI sales landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in BFSI Sales or Channel Sales, preferably in Security Systems or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of access control, CCTV camera systems, fire alarm systems, and other relevant technologies.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
