Role & responsibilities


Manager - HR(Training and Recruitment)

This position is responsible for implementing and imparting successful Classroom, Site & Office locations based Staff Training program assignments for Secure Parking Solutions.

q The Prime objective of this position is to manage and impart required HR & Operations Training and Employee Development modules for worksites/Office locations of Secure Parking. In addition this position is responsible for design and development of training course material such as Company Induction and Orientation program, Soft skills and Behavioral Training, Train the Trainers (for Supervisors/Managers) and leadership programs for site managers.

q Develop and impart requirement based training modules that increases the productivity, involvement and accountability ownership from the desired participants.

q Support in setting up training Centre for the region, that will continuously keep creating a pool of trained ground staff by imparting induction, orientation classroom and Practical on-the-job trainings for deployment at the sites

q This Position is responsible for supporting the hiring of ground staff, preparing the MIS and share the reports to concern stake holders(Ops and HR).

Training

  • Reporting to Regional Manager - Human Resources this position will be responsible for the preparation of various Training modules and its effective roll out in car parks in the region followed by PAN India basis.
  • Conducting HR and Employee Development Trainings programs for Car Park Managers/Ground Staff/ Managers/RO staff.
  • As a Manager, identify and evaluate training needs for Ground staff at sites and Line Manager/Supervisors, design rewards & recognition programs, deploying tools and skill development for enhanced productivity, identifying and mentoring talent for new roles and conducting assessment programs on training effectiveness.
  • Active participation in conducting Training and staff development programs in Car park sites/Regional office across regions.
  • Advice and give support to Regional Human Resources /Operations teams on car parking staff training issues.
  • Review the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and agreed client service level agreements (SLA) on required staff training parameters and ensure it deliverables.
  • Designing & developing modules and customizing training programe based on the need analysis, preparing and execution of monthly Training calendar and programe design documents.
  • Manage overall functioning and implementation of training processes in line with the company policies.
  • Monitoring personal development of staff post imparting training.
  • Assessing training effectiveness post trainings, conducting reviews and providing feedback on the areas of improvement. Design and develop training programs for professional excellence at workplace.
  • Work closely with the Regional Human Resources/Operations teams to design and execute tailor made Training and Employee development programs for maximum effectiveness.
  • Developing & Executing the Learning &Development Calendar.
    Conducting subject specific training across varied employee bands.
  • Responsible for enhancing the Mystery Audit Scores & Identifying TNA/TNI through it and addressing it with effective training modules.
  • Conducting periodic New Hire Orientation & Refresher courses.

RECRUITMENT

* Ensure the approved manpower should be in all sites

* Identify the Gaps and support hiring of manpower

* Manpower planning for new sites opening and execution

Team Work

  • Share & seek information relevant to the progress of the ongoing training modules /programs with Regional Human Resources and Operations team members.
  • Conducting regular interactions with Regional Human Resources/Operations teams to discuss the training programe effectiveness at site.
  • Share Training activity calendar and explore any opportunities to improve the day to day workings at car park sites with HR/ OPS team. With effective training and regular follow ups
  • Ability to relate with senior & junior team members across depts.

Quality management

  • Preparation of Training module PPTs and monthly Training MIS reports for presentation to Management and other stake holders.
  • Creation and development of all training materials including trainer guides, training video / audio, participant materials and evaluation systems
  • Ensure proper Liaisoning and coordination with local HR/Operations team and clients for smooth training programs at sites.
  • Ensure the to full strength of manpower in all sites across south region

C. Key profile match requirements

  • Post Graduate / MBA- HR with minimum of 6 -8 years experience in a similar Training and Employee Development position on Regional/National level with a successful track record of achieving results.
  • Candidates willing to travel across location in South region on planned Training calendar on monthly basis.
  • Time management, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Superior Training and Relationship building skills with high level commitment to Employee development and a self-motivated personality
  • Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and achievement of successful Training module programs in assigned budgets.
  • Peoples people, Demonstrated ability to ably lead, motivate and successfully train teams of staff at the all levels.
  • Proficiency in various training methodology and MS office.
  • Knowledge of preparing and presenting Training MIS reports.
  • Well developed written verbal and inter personal communication skills, including the ability to design develop and implement required training content.
  • Candidates with relevant Training and Employee Development experience from/for Hospitality/Facility Management Cos. / Retail Industry/ large format Restaurants preferred. While other stream candidates too are encouraged to apply.
