HR Manager ( Male)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who will oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, Payroll management, compliance, and HR strategy development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive HR experience, and a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain accurate employee records.
• Managing & Processing payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Work closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure effective communication.
• Organize and maintain personnel records& update internal databases 
• Employee Engagement and Learning and development initiatives based on business requirements.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Address and resolve employee complaints promptly and effectively. Mediate disputes and ensure fair treatment.
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Champion various HR process interventions in the Performance Effectiveness Program, Rewards and Recognition and Employee Development/Engagement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Proven HR experience with a focus on employee relations and grievance handling.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with management and other departments.
• Min 6 Years experience in  IT Industry
