Hospital Quality Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Infection Control Management: Lead infection prevention programs, ensuring compliance with protocols and conducting environmental contamination analyses.
2. Biomedical and Solid Waste Management: Oversee the segregation, treatment, and disposal of infectious, pathologic, sharps, cytotoxic, microbiological, chemical, and pharmaceutical waste, ensuring regulatory compliance.
3. Clinical Audits and Compliance: Conduct audits across departments to improve adherence to clinical protocols and documentation standards.
4. Nursing Treatment Protocols: Collaborate with nursing leadership on care plans and ensure accurate treatment documentation.
5. Housekeeping Safety: Maintain high cleanliness standards in collaboration with housekeeping, focusing on infection control in critical areas.
6. Lab Quality Control: Supervise lab processes to ensure timely and accurate testing, adhering to safety protocols.
7. Water Quality Management: Monitor RO water quality used in treatments and implement corrective actions as needed.
8. Clinical Risk Management: Manage incident reporting and conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurrence of clinical incidents.
9. Training and Competency: Provide training for staff on infection control, waste management, and safety protocols, ensuring compliance.
10. NABH Monitoring and Policy Review: Gather data for NABH reporting, review and suggest policy improvements, and define quality procedures with operating staff.
