KPI (TASK SHEET)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of Employee Task Sheets:
• Review task sheets for accuracy and compliance with established quality standards.
• Collaborate with every department to ensure processes comply with QMS guidelines and to make sure all KPI (task sheet) is completed on the given time.
• Process Compliance and Improvement:
• Work with employees and departments to improve task sheet content, structure, and compliance, ensuring smoother operations.
• Implement process improvements based on analysis of data, optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Generate reports summarizing review findings and share recommendations if required for accuracy and quality.
• Proper documentation should be done to avoid mishaps.
• Audit Support:
• Ensure all reviewed task sheets are readily available for audit purposes, maintaining compliance with internal and external quality assurance standards.
• To make sure proper data should be maintain with supporting documents.
• Should have knowledge & ability to understand of ISO & other certification that to be inducted in SHPL

Education Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management or a similar role, with a focus on reviewing documentation and task sheets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong Lisner and ability to make people understand their KPI (Task sheet) & solve issues if required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QMS software.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.Role & responsibilities
