DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

l Preparing for monthly/ Weekly / Warranty / Quarterly Reports

• Coordinating with product team for product queries and Product set up

• Follow up with factory for the best lead time

• End to End coordinate with Dealer and factory team on warranty orders

• Raising the special request for product in the portal as per the dealer

requirement.

• Support online chats and enquiry calls

• Supports to Australia Sales team on Reports, Website queries, Forecast reports.

•• Process refund and Cancellation orders

• Customer Enquiries through Mail and Calls

• Reports on Inventories and Stock taking

• Lead time update in the Shopify store

• Work on the product themes

• Resizing of images, uploading the product details, dimensions, Banner,

• Follow up on pending payments

• Authorization letter, Dealer Agreement for the newly appoint dealers

• Coordinates with Production and Dispatch team for the order process

• Preparation of quotation

• Vendor management, Follow up with accounts for the payments

• Making of PO, Indent, Comparison Statement

care department which includes Order Management, Order queries,

Warranties, Sales reports, Quotation, Vendor Management, Material

Procurement, Preparing of PO, Indent and Comparison Statement, Payment

process for Vendors, Coordinate with Dispatch team.n Statement, Payment
