• Follow-up with Customers on enquiries received.
• Good knowledge about shipping logistics and documentation process.
• Placing Order / Booking / Preparing Quotations.
• Invoice preparation.
• Preparation of DSR on a daily basis.
• Converting and Closing Sales Lead.
