Role & responsibilities

Position: Customer Service

1. Handle execution of shipments which includes Sea (FCL/LCL) & Air Export shipments

2. Co-ordinate between internal departments including our sales team & branches for smooth co-ordination of shipment

3. Co-ordinate with shippers & consignees for timely documentation & pick up/delivery of shipments

4. Co-ordinate with our clearance division for smooth custom clearance of consignments & with BL documentation team for timely release of BL

5. Track shipments & update clients every day.

6. Co-ordinate with shipping lines & air lines for bookings till successful loading/departures of shipments on planned vessels/flights

7. Use ERP/software system to create jobs & raise invoice requests to accounts team through system.

8. Keeping records of all shipments & preparing reports of executions & invoices

9. custmore serive, followingup client shipment documents . prepare drafts , SI submissions, vgm submission., form 13 postings

Preferred candidate profile

EDUCATION -Fresher Graduate

NOTICE PERIOD - IMMEDIATE JOINER OR 30 DAYS
