Director - B2B BPO Sales - BPO/Contact Centre Industry (12-20 yrs)

Director B2B BPO Sales (Ecommerce, CPG, Retail, WFM) for a MNC BPO, Mumbai.

Job Description :

Responsible to drive B2B BPO international sales of ecommerce/retail/CPG/WFM services and solutions. Will be making sales pitches and to CXO's of Global clients in verticals such as Ecommerce / Retail / CPG and WFM.

Will do a lot of Hunting & Farming.

Candidate Profile :

- B2B Sales (Hunter) in Retail vertical - Online Retail BPO Services / Solutions.

- 15+ years of experience with 8-10 years' experience in selling B2B BPO services & solutions. Sales experience in BPO industry is mandatory.

- Should have experience in making Sales pitches at CXO level.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to drive sales results, meet targets, and exceed expectations in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for driving business growth.
