Internal Auditor - Manufacturing Firm - CA (3-8 yrs)

We are a leading manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team and ensure the integrity and efficiency of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Audit:

- Conduct thorough process audits to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational procedures.

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

2. IT Audit:

- Perform IT audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

- Assess the security and integrity of information systems and data management processes.

3. Plant Audit:-

- Conduct audits of manufacturing plants to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

- Evaluate production processes and identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

4. ISO Audit:-

- Lead ISO audits to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

- Develop and implement strategies to address non-compliance issues.

5. HR Audit:-

- Perform HR audits to evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and practices.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

6. Risk Control:-

- Develop and implement risk control measures to mitigate potential threats to the organization.

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management strategies.

7. Audit Reporting:-

- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

- Present audit reports to management and follow up on the implementation of recommendations.

8. Travel and Fieldwork:-

- Travel to manufacturing plants and other locations as required to conduct audits and assessments.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit assignments.

9. Continuous Improvement:

- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and improvements.

- Provide guidance and support to teams in rectifying faults identified during audits.

Qualifications: CA

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on manufacturing companies.

- Strong knowledge of process audit, IT audit, plant audit, ISO audit, and HR audit.

- Proven experience in risk control and management.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel as required for plant audits and fieldwork.

- Proficiency in using audit management software and tools.
