Product and Development Manager

Job Title: Product Development Manager
Location: Sector-142, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development of innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. The successful candidate will oversee the product development process from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy : Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and customer needs.
2. Product Roadmap : Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and requirements.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
4. Product Requirements: Define and manage product requirements, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.
5. Development Process: Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure products meet quality and reliability standards.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Launch Planning: Develop and execute launch plans, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
9. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage product lifecycles, including maintenance, updates, and end-of-life planning.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• 5+ years of experience, ideally within software, technology, product management or life cycle management,launching plans etc.
