Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base with our various financial products. This role requires a proven track record in sales within the financial services sector related to Insurance and Mutual Funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, conduct outbound calls and execute sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets from mutual funds and insurance.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities and acquire new client by generating AUM through our core products.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
• Approaching need-based product to the clients through financial assessment.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of experience into pure sales within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of insurance, mutual funds.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional Financial Certifications (NISM, CFA, CFP)
• Masters degree in Sales and Finance will be an added advantage.
