HR Business Partner - Manufacturing Firm (5-13 yrs)

Reports to: Head HRBP

- Individual Contributor Role

Main Purpose of Job:

- Partner with the assigned business unit to enable productivity, manage employee relations, deliver HR agenda, and lead HR function for the assigned geography. 70% of the role will be partnering with the assigned business geography and 30% into HR projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Business Partnering:

- Enable business by identifying and implementing necessary HR intervention.

- Be an advisor/consultant to the assigned business stakeholders.

- Manager employee relations and queries through coaching and guiding.

Talent Acquisition:

- Ensure intake of best suited employees for the respective job vacancy.

- Adherence to the assigned TAT, by not compromising the business urgency.

- Best candidate experience through process management and candidate communication.

- Engage with the new joiner till on-boarding.

- Ensuring best on-boarding and joining experience.

- Manage laid down induction and initial training programs.

Employee Relations & Stakeholder Management:

- Build and drive effective channels of communication with the employees through area office visits, one-to-one employee connect etc.

- Run periodic Employee Pulse Surveys and capture Voice of Employees.

- Build productive business relations with all the assigned stakeholders in the respective geography.

Support central & corporate HR teams:

- Support central HR team and corporate HR team in running central and corporate people agenda in the assigned geography.

- Provide inputs and real-time feedback on the concerned projects.

HR Operations:

- Support COE team in managing smooth and error-free HR Operations.

- Always maintain real-time employee data.
