Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Delhi NCR.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
* Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts on a regular basis.
* Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a business development or sales role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel within the Delhi NCR region as needed.
* Previous experience in the Ed. Tech is a plus.
* Freshers are also applicable.
