MEP BIM Engineer / Coordinator

The position requires a motivated and organized Revit MEP Modeller / Coordinator. A candidate should have expertise in Revit MEP software along with Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit.
• 3D coordination in Navisworks by integrating models such as Architectural, MEP and structural ensuring clash-free designs.
• Prepare MEP construction drawings.
. Creation of parametric Revit families.
• Publish & Share Models and Create Issues in ACC
• Follow BIM standards and procedures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience of 5+ years working as a Designer, BIM Expert and Coordinator
• Proficient in using Autodesk Revit to create and modify 3D models.
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems and MEPF Coordination (Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing & Fire Protection)
• Experience on US and Middle East Project Preferred.
• Excellent skills in creating construction documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
