Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects, manage multiple customer teams and stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires candidates to manage people, processes, and projects, as well as cultivate positive and productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Working in a collaborative team environment to support the management of the product development all through its lifecycle. The person is expected to understand the technical aspects of a solution and have enough knowledge to be able to contribute and guide the teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.

- Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial design through implementation.

- Handle multiple customer teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

- Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey project status, updates, and key information.

- Create various technical presentations, requirements and related documents.

- Understand and communicate the development process, facilitating effective communication between business and technical teams.

- Conduct scrum meetings and facilitate a cadence within the technical team.

- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

- Strategically contribute to account management and upselling opportunities.

- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- MBA degree from a reputed institute with good grades.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in TPM role is preferred.

- Experience in handling large scale projects is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong understanding of agile methodology and experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, etc.).

- Knowledge of various common open-source tech stacks and frameworks.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Experience with BI Tools - Power BI/Tableau etc.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Strategic thinker with experience in account management and upselling.

- Experience in web application, IoT or networking domain is a plus.

- Experience working with Saudi customers is a plus.

- Experience working with smart cities is a plus.
