Job Specification - Scrum Master

Education & Training:

Bachelors or Master s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/equivalent

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E or equivalent
• Certified : CSM / SAFe / Equivalent certification

Job Responsibilities:

To Scrum Team :

• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
• Removing impediments to the Development Team s progress
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
• Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
• Participate in Huddle, Lead PO - PO meeting (whenever required)
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
• In-depth knowledge in Agile methodologies, SAFE, Scrum
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies like Planning, grooming, review and retrospective.
• Remove Impediment and blocker.
• Coach the team as and when required.
• Help Product owner in maintaining the product backlog
• CSM/PSM certification.
• SAFE Certification.
