Scrum Master

• Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies, ensuring team members have the resources and support needed to effectively and efficiently deliver high business value
• Support backlog clarity and transparency, both in requirements and in priority
• Aid requirements gathering by asking probing questions & uncovering dependencies and sequencing needs
• Coordinate with onshore partners to ensure smooth handovers and knowledge support.
• Pursue rapid resolution of cross-team dependencies
• Communicate clearly about project and technical dependencies, timelines, and progress
• Demonstrate and support colleagues in agile-oriented behaviours & practices
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities to boost the team's effectiveness, psychological safety, ability to self-organize
• Work collaboratively with the Sr. Scrum Master to build plans and establish buy-in for implementing process improvements
• Proactively seek feedback and professional development opportunities to grow their agile expertise
• Good to have experience with Service Now
