1. Agile Governance SAFe Implementation Establish and maintain Agile PMO frameworks, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles and best practices in app development, AWS environments, and CI/CD pipelines. Drive Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), ensuring initiatives align with both business strategy and technical requirements for app development and data ecosystems. Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog refinement, and ART synchronization, especially for teams leveraging AWS, GitLab, and CI/CD.
2. Project Tracking Value Stream Management Define and maintain Agile metrics, OKRs, and KPIs, including CI/CD metrics (deployment frequency, lead time for changes, etc.) to track progress across development teams and data-driven projects. Oversee Program Portfolio Kanban boards, ensuring continuous delivery and visibility on both technical and business aspects, particularly related to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes. Support Epic, Feature, and Story-level tracking, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals in AWS-based environments.
3. Risk Dependency Management Identify, document, and track technical risks, dependencies, and impediments across app development, AWS infrastructure, GitLab workflows, and data projects. Facilitate risk management and resolution through SAFe events, Agile ceremonies, and leadership alignment.
4. Agile Coaching Process Improvement Drive Agile maturity assessments, coach teams on SAFe best practices, and ensure that app development and data teams continuously improve their CI/CD workflows. Collaborate closely with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and technical leads to integrate CI/CD pipeline metrics and cloud infrastructure into Agile workflows. Support the integration of CI/CD best practices with Agile teams, ensuring smooth development and deployment processes.
5. Stakeholder Leadership Communication Act as a liaison between business leaders, Agile teams, and technical teams (app development, data engineers, AWS specialists, etc.) to provide visibility into project and portfolio performance. Deliver executive-level reporting and insights, utilizing strong reporting and presentation skills to ensure transparency in CI/CD performance, cloud-based infrastructure, and Agile execution. Tailor presentations and reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on key project metrics and progress.
6. Tool Technology Management
Manage and ensure adoption of tools for SAFe implementation (e.g., Jira Align, Rally, VersionOne, Azure DevOps) and project tracking for technical teams working on AWS, GitLab, and CI/CD. Ensure integration of CI/CD metrics into project management tools and dashboards, providing leadership with real-time insights into deployment cycles, lead time, and deployment success.
7. Budget Financial Tracking Support Lean budgeting and cost tracking for app development and data projects, particularly for AWS infrastructure and GitLab CI/CD tools. Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI and business outcomes in app and data development initiatives.
