Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and profitability in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized IT solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Growth Strategy:
    • Identify, develop, and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Explore new markets and establish strong brand presence.
  2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
    • Identify prospective clients and decision-makers within target organizations.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  4. Solution Selling:
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored IT solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  5. Revenue & Target Management:
    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and business goals.
    • Track and report sales activity and business performance metrics.
  6. Collaboration & Partnerships:
    • Develop partnerships with vendors and key stakeholders to expand service offerings.
    • Stay updated on emerging IT trends and leverage them for new business opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in IT sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services such as cloud computing, SaaS, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a result-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
