RPA Developer/RPA Architect/RPA Test Analyst/RPA Business/Proc.Analyst

Role & responsibilities

RPA Developer:

• At least 3 years proven experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Proficiency in RPA Platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent technology.
• Strong understanding of process and workflow mapping, automation design, and integration.
• Understanding of software delivery methodologies (i.e., AGILE, Waterfall, etc.).
• Solid end-user computing skills. Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

RPA Architect:

• At least 3 years proven experience in RPA architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience as a solution architect for RPA Platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent technology.
• Solid end-user computing skills. Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in integration, databases, and APIs.

RPA Test Analyst:

• At least 3 years proven experience in requirement analysis, design, and development of manual and automation tests.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to analyze business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
• A good understanding of software delivery methodologies (i.e., AGILE, Waterfall, etc.).
• Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise test cases.
• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with RPA Platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent technology.

RPA Business/Process Analyst:

• At least 2 years proven experience in process mapping techniques (i.e., process maps, workflows, UML, or IDEF0 diagrams).
• Good knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of RPA Platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent technology, and how core applications work.
• A good understanding and knowledge of software delivery methodologies (i.e., AGILE, Waterfall, etc.)
• Analytical skills to see different perspectives, identify the best solution, and account for technical limitations, conflicting requirements, and time or resource pressures.
