Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to oversee our CRM systems, analyze sales data, and support strategic business initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical prowess in CRM tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Pipedrive CRM, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Train staff on CRM utilization, from basic to advanced functionalities.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast future opportunities.
• Develop reports and dashboards for various teams, enhancing decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with IT and sales teams to enhance CRM effectiveness and achieve sales targets.
• Lead outbound marketing efforts (eg. through LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and manage digital leads effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in CRM management and data analysis.
• Proficient in Pipedrive, Google Looker Studio, and advanced data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills, with a knack for accurate data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
