- Ensuring Smooth Functioning Of The Reception
- Giving Prompt Attention To Telephone Calls.
- Delivery Of Test Reports To Patients
- Providing Initial Lab Information To Patient E.G Tests, Cost, Preparation Required, Report Delivery Time Etc
- Guiding Patients To The Sample Collection Area And Provide Information On Patient Preparation, Where Required
- Giving Regular Inputs To The Lab Director Based On Information/ Complaints/ Suggestions Received From The Customers And Suggest Scope Of Improvement.
- Be In Touch With Reporting / Testing Department For Timely Delivery Of Reports To Patients
- Ensuring Proper Upkeep And Housekeeping Of The Reception And Waiting Area
