Opening For Project Coordinator - Chennai

We came across your cv in Naukri and currently we have an opening for our company based in Chennai for the below mentioned position.

Project Coordinator Location Chennai, India

1. Collect customer PO/contract/agreement from the Sales team.
2. Send the documents to the Legal and Commercial departments for review.
3. Gather estimations from the Sales or Estimation team.
4. Create projects in SAP.
5. Discuss and Obtain VP notes.
6. Attach all necessary documents in OPEN TEXT as per the checklist.
7. Coordinate with the Finance team to arrange Bank Guarantees.
8. Store all project-related correspondence in OPEN TEXT.
9. Obtain signatures on POs/order acknowledgments from the VP, Sales team, or Authorized Signatory.
10. Provide necessary details to the Procurement team to raise POs.
11. Arrange for deliveries.
12. Raise payment applications to the customer.
13. Maintain BOQ-wise revenue and supplier/subcontractor cost information.
14. Schedule and arrange periodical meetings with the Project Manager, Site team, and Support team.
15. Regularly raise PM50s.
16. Perform any other tasks assigned periodically.

Candidates must have 0 to 3yrs experience as a Project coordinator
