Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through concept selling, field sales, and educational marketing.
• Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers, including both parents and students, to schedule demo session and visit their homes for counseling.
• Student Counseling: Provide guidance to students on various learning methodologies and introduce them to Scholartude WebEducation Pvt ltd personalized learning journey.
• Work Schedule: The role requires 6 days per week working, with Tuesday as the designated week off.
• Revenue Responsibility: As per assigned sales targets as per salary slabs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in B2C sales or related fields such as edtech, education, or training.
• Strong understanding of digital learning concepts, including e-learning platforms and online tutoring services.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement and relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
