Admission Counsellor

Our NEET/JEE coaching institute is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Admission Counselor to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students and their families through the admissions process, providing information about our courses and programs, and supporting them in making informed decisions about their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and families on the admissions process, course selection, and career paths
• Conduct individual and group meetings with students and families, both in person and virtually
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our courses, programs, and services
• Maintain detailed records of all admissions-related activities and communications
• Collaborate with other departments and faculty members to ensure a seamless admissions process for students
• Participate in institute events and activities, such as open houses, information sessions, and recruitment events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Counselling, or Psychology
• At least 2 years of experience in admissions counselling or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and families from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with the NEET and JEE exams and the higher education landscape in India
• Proficiency in English and at least one other local language
