Job Description
Our NEET/JEE coaching institute is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Faculty member to join our team of dedicated educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Physics to students preparing for the NEET and JEE exams, developing course materials, and mentoring students.
Responsibilities:

- Develop and teach Physics courses for NEET and JEE aspirants
- Create course materials, including lectures, practice problems, and exams
- Work collaboratively with other faculty members to ensure coherence and consistency across all courses
- Conduct periodic assessments of student progress and provide feedback and guidance to improve their performance
- Serve as a mentor and guide to students at all levels, including providing advice on study skills, time management, and exam strategies
- Participate in departmental meetings and other institute activities as needed
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience teaching Physics to NEET and JEE aspirants
- Ability to create engaging and effective course materials that help students succeed on these highly competitive exams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members and staff
