Job Description

Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building managing relationship within Home Builder market.

1. Achieving Sales Targets: Regularly monitor sales / custom wise performance against Targets. Maintain forecast accuracy for OB Sales month on month.

2. Customer Management: Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow business. Ensure Mock ups for every projects and drive Make Approvals.

3. Promotional Activities: Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team. Carry on Demo kits to customer places
