Role & responsibilities

Perform Daily Invoicing Functions:

1. You perform daily invoicing functions within the PMO team of a company.
2. You support projects team by generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices.
3. You must ensure all invoices are correct before forwarding them to customers. 
4. You will be responsible for Billing/invoicing where in you should have a significant understanding and knowledge of Order to Cash Cycle. 
5. You Must Have Good Knowledge on GST Rates HSN & SAC. 
6. You Must Have Good Knowledge on SAP ERP Co Ordinate with SCM team On Shipments Plans

Resolve Billing Errors: 

1. Tracking accounting entries generated against all Invoice and fix billing errors working knowledge of issue debit and credit items to resolve these errors.
2. When needed, and You will actively work with other staff to get needed documents and respond to customer requests And Query

Support Activities:

1. Providing support to other team members within a company is a key responsibility of invoicing associate
2. They work with other employees to share workloads, answer questions, and solve billing issues
3. When requested, invoicing clerks perform administrative duties, such as facilitating audits providing required hard or soft copies of Invoices, customer order copies & other supporting documents
