MANAGER RETAIL SALES

Scope of the Role

• Responsible for Primary and Secondary sales through Distributors and Key Retail outlets.
• Generating business through influencers (Architects, Interior Designers, Electricians, Electrical Contractors etc..) and End users.
• Network expansion by appointing New dealers & Distributors in the region.
• Responsible for Tertiary sales through Retailers and Electricians.
• Managing retail marketing activities and demand generation activities to boost SE brand in the market.
• Tracking market trends and performing competition mapping & providing strategic inputs for business growth
• Team management: to ensure optimum delivery and satisfaction.

Expectations of the Role Incumbent

• Support accelerated profitable growth in targeted verticals
• Contribute to the India 2025 Retail Sales Strategy

Reporting Structure

• This position reports int the Regional Sales Head – H&D. This is an IC Role

Job Related Experience

• Required: Candidates with similar industry with retail sales experience would be a plus
• Knowledge and exposure to Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, B2B, Electrical Industries is Ideal

Business Understanding

• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong ability to visualize, identify & formulate scenarios
• Should be able to identify with stakeholders (internal & external)
• Understanding of market dynamics

Other Skills

• Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Ability to excel in a transversal role
• Lead & Implement new initiatives
