Job Description

This is a Frontline Distribution and Channel Management role.

In this role the candidate will be

Responsible to manage the Distributors and other channels in South TN and Kerala region.
Understand of the Channel POlicy.
Adept in communicating the various contours of the Policy and schemes launched time - to-time
Regularly share the Dashboard of Targets and status of various levers of incentive.
Ensure the existing Distis reach their targets.
Appointment of New distributors.

Study of electrical / automation technology, training as a technician Professional experience in the field of Final Distribution, Wiring devices, Switchgear & Controlgear, Power quality & Metering Devices. Professional experience in sales strong customer and sales orientation good communication skills binding, competent and convincing appearance quick comprehension of the complex customer requirements and recognition of the holistic customer potential independent work with high negotiating skills
